1.

Upon
existing JB Customs, follow U shaped road. On straightening,
drive along the waterfront which is on your left keep right
and make a U at the first turn (HSBC Bank & Post Office
Landmark). |

Proceed
down the road, past traffic lights leading to Jalan Wong
Ah Fook (Landmark-OCBC on your left and UOB on the right).
Further down, first City Square on the right and then Public
Bank on the left. |

3.
|
Upon
passing traffic lights (after City Square) keep to the right
and follow road signposted overhead Kota Tinggi. (Centre
lane back to Singapore left to K.L) |

4.
|
Keep
going straight, direction to Kota Tinggi. First major landmark
is Plaza Pelangi on the right. |

5.
|
Other
landmarks are Crystal Crown Hotel (on the left), Wisma Daiman
(right), Southern City (left), and Pandan Wholesale Market. |

6.
|
After
Pandan Wholesale market you will see Kem Majidee & Ponderosa
billboard on the right hand side. 200m up the road, make
a right U-turn (Landmark Celcom Billboard). |

7.

Keep
straight and take first left turn after the u-turn (after
100 m). You will see Ponderosa Golf & Country Club billboard
on your left. Follow signage to Ponderosa. |

North South Highway |
|
If
coming from North South Highway, you can make a U-turn at
Jalan Tebrau after Johor Bahru exit from the Highway and
continue with Direction No. 6. |
